Our care programs meet residents where they are, and are not a fixed progression. Seniors may enter at different points based on their preferences and needs, and can adjust over time in a familiar environment that feels like home.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living at The Plaza provides thoughtful support with daily activities, designed to maintain independence, personal choice, and community connections. Residents enjoy a safer environment and the ability to adjust care as needs evolve.
Haliʻa Memory Care
Memory care is designed for residents experiencing cognitive changes such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. At The Plaza, Haliʻa Memory Care is supported by the Best Friends™ approach, a research-informed methodology focused on highly personalized care.
Lamakū Extended Care
Lamakū Extended Care provides the highest level of support at The Plaza for residents who require a greater level of care, such as ongoing clinical oversight. This allows residents to remain in a familiar environment as their needs change.
Short-Term Respite
Offered by certain Plaza communities, Short-Term Respite provides a temporary stay at The Plaza during a defined period. These short-term stays offer the same support, environment, and exceptional services that full-time residents receive.
